Seedlings are packaged according to species.  For example, an order placed for two different species will be packaged separately. 

Seedlings will be shipped from the nursery of its origin.  It is possible two different species ordered may be grown at different nurseries.  In this case, seedlings will be shipped from the nursery where the species is grown.
